Readings will be sent to you within ten working days. Please note this does not include weekends.

*Exceptions (from me to you)

If I have a personal emergency/illness. I will kindly ask you for extra time and be in optimum health for your reading to be accurate than be compromised, and do you a disservice. In the event I am unable to read for you inside of an agreeable timeframe I will of course refund in full.

All readings are emailed to the address you provide but if you prefer a different email please let me know.

In advance I require the following information:

Full Name including middle names

Date of Birth

Place and Time of Birth (approximate time if you don't know the exact time)

Your question – please detail as much as you can, being specific is really key to your reading.

All information you provide me with will be treated in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared with any third parties.

Readings are not a replacement for medical or professional help and at the bottom of this page there are several support websites and their contact details for you to reach out to if you are struggling. If I feel that your question is unrealistic or is linked to the following situations, I will refund you and advise that you seek professional guidance.

· Gambling or Addiction Questions

· Suicide or Self Harm Questions

· Questions linking to violence against others

· Questions linking to abuse against others

I also have to advise you that I am not qualified to offer advice for major life choices including; health, medical, financial and any legal situations and I would always advise you to consult a professional in these, or any other, fields.

Other questions I can’t answer are:

- Timing questions

- When you will die/how you will die.

- If you’ll win the lottery.

- Questions about people you know that have passed on and wanting me to contact them.

I also have the right to refuse or cancel a reading without having to specify a reason and if this occurs you will be refunded in full. As much as I take my work very seriously, I have to stress to you that this service is for entertainment purposes. Just to re-cap; I will not be able to provide any financial, legal, tax, investment, health, relationship, counselling or other professional service. A tarot and oracle reading should NOT be used as a substitute for seeking professional advice on any matter or professional care for the diagnosis and/or treatment of physical, mental or psychiatric illness or disorder. You should never avoid or delay seeking professional medical advice or other professional advice because of something you read here or information delivered during a reading and you should not rely solely on any information delivered in a tarot or oracle reading when making important decisions. You should consult with an appropriate professional advisor or health care professional before taking action based on any information on the Site or which you receive in a reading. Your reliance on information provided by your oracle/tarot reading is your responsibility and is solely your choice. I do not recommend or endorse any specific courses of action, products, procedures, treatments, medications, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned, discussed, or described in your oracle/tarot reading. When you purchase my service, you have read and agreed this information and you understand that tarot/oracle readings are for entertainment and information purposes only.

I have the right to terminate a reading at any time if your comments and/or behaviour are deemed by me to be inappropriate, abusive, or threatening. This could lead to denied future access to the future oracle/tarot readings.
